At Team Solent we have an incredible Trainee Manager programme that will enable you to become a Store Manager with us in just 12-18 months.

It doesn't matter if you're not the worlds greatest pizza maker or have never managed a team of 50 people before, we can teach you all of that. What we are looking for is experienced managers and team leaders who are operationally focused. Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a diverse team efficiently! Can you do that?

The Trainee Manager role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. We will train and support you every step of the way. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results with us!

You will have a dedicated Area Trainer who will provide one on one training and group workshops, as well as support and guidance from your Area Managers and Store Manager.

Remember; your goal, is our goal! We will do what ever it takes for our employees to achieve the best they can be, but you need to be in it 100% too!
