You will need to be operational skilled and be fully cross trained in your store. You will need to attend training days 1, 2 and 3 where you can improve your knowledge on food safety, product quality, team needs and hustle. There will be 2 assessments; one at week 4 and week 16. A final exam will need to take place and an Area Manager or Director will officially sign you off on to the next stage.

The intermediate training days 4, 5 and 6 are for employees who want to go that extra mile and face new challenges. These classes mainly expand on the knowledge acquired in the basic classes – for example improving on your team, our hiring process, training and learning styles. Admin procedures and developing your understanding of policies and procedures, and advancing your management skills. Again another exam will take place and an Area Manager or Director will sign you off.

The last stage of this training plan will evolve even further and coach you on how to be an effective leader, communicate effectively and increase productivity so you can take your team to a new level of success.
This all takes place in our training stores which are local and our training plan is developed regularly by our Training Director. You will receive constant support from your Area Trainer as well as your Area Manager who will always be aware of the level of training you are at.
