Domino’s Careers Internal Training Classes and Workshops

Here at Domino’s Careers we believe in training our employees to be the best therefore we hold in-house training classes and workshops to ensure all our employees receive the same training and progression opportunities.

We split our courses into three categories that correspond with the relevant levels and books. Therefore you have Basic classes which are aimed at Level 1 and Book 1 employees which involve workshops on ‘Product Quality’, ‘Customer Service’, ‘Cost Control’ and many others.

Intermediate workshops are for employees on Level 2 and Book 2, these classes mainly expand on the knowledge acquired in the Basic classes – therefore improving on ‘Customer Service’ and developing your understanding of ‘Policies and Procedures’.

Once you are on the track to be Assistant Manager and Store Manager and in the process of completing your Level 3/Book 3 you are placed on the Advanced courses which involve workshops on ‘Training’, ‘Human Resources’ plus many more that will contribute to your skills as a Store Manager.
